Myanmar Conflict

Conflict:
In the first week of May a very big cyclone hit Myanmar, they estimate more than 80000 deaths. But Myanmas was so devastated that the UN and other organizations know that more than thousands of people could die, so they wanted to send help, aid, and special workers to help Myanmar people. But the Junta didn't want help, they won't alowd any foreign help.

Who?
The UN and the Myanmar Junta.
What?
A cyclone hits Myanmar, and there are lots of deaths. But the Junta don't want any help from other countries.
Where?
In Myanmar, Asia.
When?
During May, in 2008.
Why?
Because the Junta thinks and is afraid the the people of Myanmar would like the foreign ideas, and would think that their goverments are very iresponsables and corrupt.

Background:
Scince 1962 Myanmar is governed by a military power. So now they proposed constitution for May and elections of 2010. The problem is that the Democretic forces are "fighting" against the military goverment, to se who would be the best candidate. And they don't accept any foreign help, because they want the people know they can handdle this huge problem by themselves. But they can't handdle it.

Solutions:
I think that if the Junta denies the foreign help, the UN is going to be force to use all his power (not military power) to made Myanmar's goverments to allowed help. Also the only way these people can saved is with the foreign help, the goverment of Myanmar can't handdle this by itself.
